Jemma Griffiths joins our growing Commercial Team as the Business Development – Laser Products. By appointing Jemma, we plan to strengthen our position as the first port of call for businesses in the market for Tube Laser Cutting.
With 6 years in Technical Sales, Jemma has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on products and services, and a real passion for working in the manufacturing industry. After having settled in, we asked Jemma how she would describe her new role:
“My job is to offer a high standard of service. Whether I’m quoting a 32,000-part job, dealing with a bespoke enquiry for a local fabrication company, or driving 2 hours away to deliver some samples to a well-respected customer – I do what is required to keep my customers happy.”
Whether she has a meeting with a CAD designer about a recent drawing or networking with directors at an event, Jemma’s technical background provides her with the necessary knowledge to effectively liaise with customers across all levels and sectors.
As someone who tries to be the customer’s one and only point of call, Jemma has developed the know-how and expertise to confidently read drawing, time jobs, load quotes and follow the process of an order to the final stage.
During Jemma’s first few weeks, she has already secured key orders for the Group and built strong relationships with new and existing customers. When asked about Jemma’s performance so far, Sales Director, Ian Griffiths said:
“Jemma joined us only recently and has quickly settled into our established team, with her abundance of passion and enthusiasm as well as an excellent knowledge of the laser market. With her remarkable customer service paradigm, she is ideally placed to impress new tube laser customers from a diverse range of market sectors, ranging from balustrades and café barriers, to hygienic equipment and HVAC.”
